I took my children to spend less shoes last week to purchase a couple of pair of shoes for my children for their birthday. After we returned home I had wrapped the shoes and then gave them to my son on his birthday. We went to put them on before heading out for the day but realised we had been given 2 left shoes. I was quite upset as we had planned on wearing them that day, I wasn’t in the position to return to the store given my very busy schedule. I had called the store and spoke with Debbi who sincerely apologised and offered to deliver and swap the shoes over after she had finished work at 9:30pm! Absolutely overwhelmed with this customer service, and I sincerely thank and appreciate your understanding and kindness debbi!

What awesome staff you have employed at your Pakenham Store. I was looking for a pair of "real" moccasins for my Mums 80th Birthday and although there were none of the size I needed on the shelf, you staff let me know there latest delivery had only just arrived. As soon as it was delivered they found the size I needed and put them aside for me. Thank you all so much my Mum will be thrilled on her birthday on Saturday. 😊♥️😊

I went into the Pakenham store last week and I spoke with Debbie about a pair of shoes I purchased last year that broke. Debbie’s assistance and customer service was absolutely amazing, she went above and beyond to help me. I couldn’t thank you anymore and I hope you get to read this post. I always shop in this store and rarely have any issues with the shoes I purchase and after last week, even knowing a pair of shoes broke after one wear, I can definitely say I will always continue to shop here purely thanks to Debbie and her customer service. They are so lucky to have such a great employee, keep being you. Thanks again 😊
